Selling or buying at auction moves quickly, and once the hammer falls the deal is done. That puts the weight on the work done beforehand. We’re in the auction rooms regularly and know the agents who run them, so we can help you go in ready rather than hopeful.

If you’re selling, we’ll put together an auction pack that gives bidders the confidence to bid, and make sure you understand how the process runs. Where the auction is local, one of us can attend, so any questions from prospective bidders can be dealt with before the sale.

If you’re buying, the auction pack is where the risk sits. We’ll review it with you ahead of the auction so you know exactly what you’d be committing to before you bid. Once you’ve secured the property, we’ll take the purchase through to completion and handle the Land Registry and Stamp Duty Land Tax requirements.

At auction, the preparation carries the deal. Get it right and the day itself is straightforward.
