Natasha Hyde

I am a Legal Assistant in the Agricultural Department in our Wells office. I worked at a local firm of Solicitors for 10 years before moving to Chubb Bulleid in November 2024 where I initially worked in the Residential Conveyancing Department before making the move to Agricultural in March 2026.

What matters the most to me is ensuring every transaction moves forward as smoothly and stress-free as possible, keeping our clients updated, clear, and confident from instruction to completion.

What I do

I assist Clare Bessant-Nicholls who is a Solicitor in the Agricultural Department, I also worked with Clare at my previous firm where we built an excellent working rapport. We work closely together, ensuring every client benefits from our combined experience and dedication.

I deal with the administrative aspect of the transactions, from preparing contract/auction packs and ordering property/land searches to submitting post-completion Land Registry applications.

What do you do when you’re not in the office?

During term time, I balance a full-time career at Chubb Bulleid alongside raising my young son Cooper. When we aren’t rushing off to swimming lessons, school clubs or socialising with friends and family, you can usually find us at home trying to relax with our two cats, Marley and Marie. Life is fast paced, but I wouldn’t have it any other way!

What’s the most rewarding part of your work?
Reducing client anxiety! Property and Land transactions can be incredibly stressful. Guiding anxious clients through the paperwork and providing clarity offers an immense sense of relief and accomplishment. Also, where applicable, handing over keys! I am often the person who calls clients to confirm their property transaction has completed and they can collect their keys, delivering some of the best news of their lives!
