Buying or selling property at auction moves fast. Once the hammer falls you’re committed, so the work that matters most happens beforehand. We’re in the auction rooms regularly, and we know the local agents, so we can help you go in prepared rather than hopeful.

If you’re selling, we’ll help you put together an auction pack that gives bidders what they need to bid with confidence, and we’ll talk you through how the day itself works. When the auction’s local, one of us can be there in person, so if a bidder has a question before the sale there’s someone on hand to answer it.

If you’re buying, the auction pack is the thing to get right. We’ll go through it with you before the auction so you know exactly what you’d be taking on before you raise your hand. Once you’ve bought, we’ll see the purchase through to completion and deal with the Land Registry and any Stamp Duty Land Tax that’s due.
