Many businesses hand this work to their accountant, but accountants are responsible for financial reporting and tax returns, while company secretarial work is more focused on corporate governance, share structure and legal filings, much of it tied to specific requirements under the Companies Act 2006. Getting it wrong can be costly to put right later.

Every UK company has to maintain statutory registers of its members, and this is one of the most overlooked parts of running a business. It’s common for companies to fall behind on updating registers or issuing share certificates altogether.

Our basic package

Covers acting as your registered office, receiving and forwarding official correspondence, and keeping your statutory registers up to date, along with preparing and filing your confirmation statement. We’ll also send reminders ahead of key deadlines, including when your accounts are due.

Our enhanced package

Everything in the basic package, plus support with company meetings: board meetings, shareholder meetings, and drafting the minutes.

We can also help with:

Fees

The basic package costs £500 plus VAT per year. The enhanced package costs £1,650 plus VAT per year.
