Sharon Stevenson

I have been a Principal Fellow Member of the National Association of Licensed Conveyancers for over 30 years. I have grown up in Somerset where I have developed my career in Residential Conveyancing.

What means the most to me in my profession is building a friendly relationship with my clients and stand by their side giving them the support they need to bring their transaction through to a satisfactory conclusion. I always strive to make my clients experience a positive one.

What I do

I act for people requiring conveyancing work such as property sales, purchasing freehold and leasehold properties and re-mortgage of property. I also carry out transfers of property as a result of matrimonial splits in particular in accordance with a Court Order.

A bit more about me

I have to confess to being a bit of a soap fan especially when it comes to Emmerdale and Coronation Street, both of which I have grown up watching.

I am regularly out walking with my 2 dogs and have 2 cats (I do not have to walk the cats fortunately). When I have the time I like to go running.

I am also a member of my local town football club. You will often find me either selling raffle tickets or taking money on the gate for match entry.
