Lucy Price

I am a Senior Associate and Licenced Conveyancer. I qualified in April 2022 and joined Chubb Bulleid in the summer of 2025 bringing with me over 20 years of experience in residential conveyancing. Having worked predominantly in the Bristol and North Somerset area, where I still live with my family, I chose to join Chubb Bulleid as a firm who shares in my passion to deliver a warm, personal and client-focused service to clients. I pride myself on providing clear and proactive communication, approachability, warmth, empathy and a healthy dose of humour along the way.

What I do

I act for people buying and selling residential property. Over the years, I have developed extensive expertise across all areas of residential property which also include remortgages, transfer of equity, auctions, new builds, unregistered titles, repossession sales, and adverse possession claims. I also have a strong working knowledge of rent charges and other residential property matters.

A bit more about me

Born and raised in North Somerset, I am married with two children and part of a large, close-knit family. Outside of work, I’m a hugely devoted foodie who loves poring over recipe and cocktail books and cooking up a storm with my sisters and friends. I also enjoy reading and cricket (watching and playing) but my main passion is music. I take great pride in my ever-growing, eclectic vinyl collection.
