Linda Leavey

I am a CILEX Lawyer, having qualified in 2026, and have over 7 years’ experience working as a private client fee earner.

I believe in the Chubb ethos with people and community at the heart of everything.

What I do

I work with individuals and families and focus on wills, lasting powers of attorneys, inheritance tax, estate administration and distribution.

I care about people and aim to offer down to earth, professional advice. I am a good communicator and listener and guide and support clients through, what is often a difficult and emotional time.

A bit more about me

As a Cilex Lawyer and Mum of three, I know that it is never too late to pursue a new challenge. Studying law later in life took strength courage and determination and it has been one of my proudest achievements. My journey has taught me the value of resilience, empathy and perseverance and these qualities I bring to supporting my clients.

Outside of work, I am usually moving, enjoying a variety of sports and social activities in our beautiful countryside. From my home-made gym to horse riding, walking with our springer spaniels to swimming, paddle boarding, playing golf and cricket.

My family values are important, and I am so proud and appreciative of them all, together with our friends.
