I’m a Legal Assistant with 14 years’ experience in residential property having worked in commercial property at my previous firm. I joined Chubb Bulleid in 2012 after living abroad in Turkey for 18 months and re-joined the firm in 2019 after accompanying my partner on a secondment to the USA for a year. I enjoy the variety of my role – particularly building a rapport with clients and helping transactions progress as smoothly as possible.
I provide administrative support in a variety of residential property transactions, from preparing initial letters and contract packs through to completion statements and the formalities that follow exchange and completion. My role involves regular contact with clients, estate agents and other law firms. Receiving positive feedback from clients is particularly rewarding and is a reminder of the difference that good communication and attention to detail can make.
