Kim Lord

I am a qualified ILFM (Dip) and have worked at Chubb Bulleid since 1993. During that time I have seen the firm grow from 24 to 100 people and have headed up every administrative department at some point during that time.

Whilst happy to relinquish most areas my passion will always be a sound, solid financial base to work from.

What I do

My role now is mentoring the new generation of managers. This is the twilight of my career but I get pleasure from watching the growth and development of the team that is being created.

A bit more about me

I am an ‘outdoorsy’ girl and spend my spare time playing golf, walking my dog and enjoying the beautiful British countryside. A Cornish girl who is happiest near the sea so time away from work is largely spent there and in my campervan.

The most rewarding part of my work is the privilege of watching colleagues develop confidence and thrive in their roles.
