Jade Reader

I am a Licenced Conveyancer in the Residential Conveyancing department at Chubb Bullied, based in the Wells office. I joined the firm in 2021 as a Legal Assistant, and I obtained my first CLC practising licence in 2025.

What I do

I act for clients buying or selling residential properties, from first time buyers to probate estate sales, and everything in between. I manage the transaction form start to finish and deal with all aspects of the conveyancing process along the way. I enjoy managing a varied caseload and provide a proactive and client-focused approach to ensure the transaction runs smoothly as possible.

What’s the most rewarding part of your work?

I enjoy communicating with clients and building client relationships. I especially look forward to making that phone call on the day of completion!

What do you do when you’re not in the office?

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two children, socialising with friends, reading a good thriller and looking forward to my next holiday in the sun.
