I am a Residential Conveyancer specialising in residential conveyancing and have worked in conveyancing for over 20 years. I have always enjoyed the people side of my work and building strong relationships with my clients, many of whom come back to me time and time again or recommend me to friends and family. I care about getting the best possible outcome for my clients and I’m known for going the extra mile to make what can be a stressful process as straightforward as possible. Outside of work, I’m married with two grown-up children and two rescue dogs, who I absolutely adore.

What I do

I deal with all aspects of residential property transactions, acting for both buyers and sellers. No two transactions are ever quite the same, and I enjoy helping clients navigate the legal process, particularly when there are complications or unexpected issues along the way. I pride myself on being approachable and available to my clients and on explaining things clearly without unnecessary legal jargon. Buying or selling a home can be one of the biggest decisions people make so I believe good communication, attention to detail and genuine client care are just as important as getting the legal work right. For me a matter isn’t simply about completing the transaction – it’s about making sure my clients feel supported and looked after throughout the process.

What’s the most rewarding part of your work?

For me, it’s the relationships I build with my clients and agents and knowing that they trust me to deal with what can sometimes be a very stressful time in their lives. There’s nothing better than getting a message from a client after completion to say thank you, or having a previous client come back to me years later when they are ready to move again.

What do you do when you’re not in the office?

Family time is very important to me. I’m married with two grown-up children, and I spend far too much time spoiling my two rescue dogs – although I’m sure they would say it’s never enough!

What’s something clients are often surprised to learn about you?

Probably just how much I genuinely care about their transactions and how I look! I can become quite invested in getting things sorted for my clients and will often go well beyond what might be expected to make sure a problem is resolved and they get the best possible service.

I joined Chubb Bulleid in 2021 and it was the best decision I made, to become part of the family at Chubb!
