Most Pub lease transactions involve one of the big Pub owning Companies such as Enterprise Inns or Punch Taverns. There are also others that we have dealt with over the years. The role here generally involves the sale or purchase of a business associated with a Pub lease but there is also advice and guidance that needs to be given to tenants during the term of their lease in relation to the obligations under their lease.
The Pub Code has also brought in new interesting matters that need to be given consideration by tenants.
